In making sure the right decision is made and executed the right way, SEAM makes sure it serves its true purpose and once it is set, is being honoured so that all parties involved stay on track throughout the execution. While delivering the execution plan SEAM will ensure it is done responsibly so that all necessary requirements are being met accordingly in time and in an orderly manner. As the backend team focusing on the importance of sustainability in view of the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations and the World Bank, SEAM plays a role as a ‘prime mover’ to deliver the SE Family Office’s objective to consolidate ESG requirements using wide range of business tools and strategies while assisting organizations to naturally adapt to the ESG and become part of their organization’s ‘DNA’. SEAM provides unique recommendation with the support from the SE Family Office through feasibility study to investors including bank and financial institutions to assist business owners in reaching out for alternative resources through viable project financing either to complement or upscale their businesses in order to achieve their objectives.
